Booking & payment
- How do I book? Message us on WhatsApp or the contact form with dates and group size. You get a written, itemised quote within 24 hours. Confirm with an 80% deposit by PayPal or Wise; the remaining 20% is due on the last day of your tour, and in all cases within 3 days after it ends.
- Is the deposit safe? Your booking, price and inclusions are confirmed in writing in our chat before you pay, and PayPal's buyer protection applies as usual. We are a licensed operator — Travel Agency Licence No. L-CQ-100179 — with a registered office you can verify.
- What are the cancellation terms? They are stated in writing in your quote before you pay — please read them there, as they can vary by tour and season.
- Do prices include entrance tickets and meals? Your quote lists every item line by line — tickets, meals, vehicle class — before you pay. Nothing is added later.
On the tour
- Will there be shopping stops? No. Guaranteed, in writing: no shopping stops, no factory outlets, no "cultural exhibitions" that are shops. Our price is our price.
- Are your tours private? Yes — only your group, your guide, your vehicle. We never merge strangers.
- What language do guides speak? Our guides lead in English as their working language.
- Can you handle mobility limits, kids, dietary needs? Tell us when you enquire; Chongqing's stairs, spice and distances are all plannable — honestly, including telling you when a route doesn't work.
Visas & logistics
